The collaboration between Sayerlack and FBP Porte in recent years has developed new technologies that are increasingly aimed at respecting the environment and the well-being of people, with an increase in the performance and aesthetic quality of the doors. FBP – in the 4500 m² plant in Montaletto di Cervia (RA) Italy – produces over 12,000 wooden interior doors a year, all designed and built by 38 employees in an artisanal way. Family-run since 1977, it has invested over time in the most sophisticated technologies that today complement the original craftsmanship. FBP is now a reference reality in the sector, attentive to innovation, design and respect for the environment, which through the in-depth knowledge of materials is able to constantly innovate its products and production processes, always creating unique doors. Controls by qualified personnel and operating procedures in compliance with quality standards accompany the entire production cycle. All FBP doors have a bio soul: through the use of water-based Sayerlack paint products, they preserve the environment and human health inside homes.
The choice of wood as an exclusive material, capable of transmitting warmth and naturalness, confirms the vocation for respect for the environment that characterizes the company, also given by the 219 tons of CO2 per year not released into the atmosphere.
For Sayerlack, environmental sustainability potentially means giving back to nature what we take away from it, also by starting production processes that reduce emissions and depend less and less on exhaustible sources. For this reason, it evaluates the environmental impact of its products and promotes the use of the best available technologies and the efficient use of natural resources, designing processes and products with an increasingly lower environmental impact. This research gave birth to a generation of innovative and eco-sustainable products with extraordinary performance.
Precisely these Sayerlack products have allowed the launch of a new series of doors with self-healing properties, with a pleasant soft feel effect and excellent chemical resistance.
