In the picture frame coating field, Sayerlack has always been at the cutting edge of research, paying attention on the latest developments in the market and very much concerned with customer satisfaction. We’re especially focused on coating applied by extruder using a UV curing system. The products used are practically solvent-free and the coating’s solids content is 99% so, in addition to being highly functional, there are no solvent emissions into the atmosphere with this system, which also allows for practically instant curing. With environmental issues always at the top of our list of concerns, we’ve also added to our range of water-based products, for coating both by extruder and spray.

These are supplemented with the usual range of standard and high-solids polyurethane systems and combination polyurethane-polyester systems.
