Q: Can you describe your journey of over 20 years with Sayerlack? How have you seen the brand evolve?
A: Sayerlack is undoubtedly one of the leading brands in the wood coating product market: for 70 years, it has been synonymous with innovation and quality. In recent years, Sayerlack has become part of the large Sherwin-Williams family, and today, it boasts 148 researchers who work daily to offer customers the best wood coating solutions.

A: Quality, reliability and innovation.
Q: Collaborating with Sayeralck, what do you know you can count on daily?
A: Knowing that you can count on superior quality certainly gives you security but also a great responsibility: distributing the Sayerlack brand means being the finalizer of the work of numerous people who work “behind the scenes” in the company and laboratories. To do all this, we must be very prepared and, with my two Teknocolor service centers in Pesaro and Senigallia, offer the best service and consultancy to the customers who turn to us daily.
Q: What influences customers’ choices the most today, and what do they expect to receive when using coatings products?
A: The market changes continuously, so we try always to be updated and careful to transfer the knowledge of more performing and innovative cycles to our customers. This is extremely important and makes a difference as consultants: we need to present them with the news and support them in solving the daily problems that may arise.
Q: What does it mean? How can we define ourselves as innovative in the wood coatings sector today?
A: Being innovative means anticipating trends, whether discussing product/cycle performance or sustainability. Furthermore, it means offering different services through our distribution service centers.
Q: Which products or wood coating systems are currently most requested on the market? Do you see a trend line?
A: The trend is undoubtedly to use products with the lowest possible environmental impact, which reduce emissions as much as possible, both in production phase and even after, when the finished products are positioned, such as private houses, public places, etc.
